The CalPERS Member Home Loan Program provides benefits that allow many of your employees to buy their first home or upgrade from their present home long before they might otherwise be able to do so. Many times, the only reason members don't take advantage of these benefits is that they either are not aware of them or they do not fully understand the benefits.

FREE Educational Services
Home Loan Workshops. Your Agency Liaison is available to explain the CalPERS Member Home Loan Program in detail and answer your staff's questions. Presentations vary in length (10 minutes to one hour) so you may schedule one that is convenient for you and your employees. Your staff will discover how a CalPERS Mortgage Loan compares to other mortgage loans, and learn how to start what may be the most important financial decision they will make.

Employee Benefit / Health Fair. Your Agency Liaison can attend your annual Benefit Fair or Health Fair (usually held during open enrollment) to provide information about the CalPERS Member Home Loan Program and answer attendees' questions.

Information Table. Your Agency Liaison is available to set up a table at your agency to answer questions and provide information during breaks, lunch hours, briefings, or staff meetings.

Association / Union Meeting or Event. Your Agency Liaison can conduct a Home Loan Workshop or set up an Information Table at your next Association or Union meeting to answer questions and provide information to members.

Paycheck Stuffers - This double-sided pre-printed piece highlights the key benefits of the Program. Great for distributing inside of or with payroll envelopes! Size: 7" x 3 1/2"

Video - "Reaching for the Dream" VHS tape. A great addition to your Video Library! This informative and entertaining 11-minute video is short enough for members to watch during break time.
